SUMO MICHIFUKU L153 is 70% TAJIMA and 30% SHIMANE.

This sire is the son of Sumo Michifuku F154, one of Sumo Wagyus most elite sires.

 

L153 has a well-balanced genetic profile with a combination of three exceptional sires:

• Takeda Farm Terutani 40/1
• Itoshigenami X81
• World K’s Michifuku

This winning combination has ensured this sire ranks very highly for marble score EBV (+1.9).

 

Sumo Michifuku L153 has also inherited the foundation Shimane bloodlines of TAKEDA FARM Hikohime 34/1 & Hikohime 34/3 to produce an elevated EBV for carcase weight (+14kg). These Shimane cows were large framed females imported by Sumo from Takeda Farm in 1997.
